You’ll benefit from shorter projects (short stories, novellas), longer estimation deadlines (or even going off of your word count for a month instead of a week), and lots of batching of articles and posts.

I’m also a burst-of-energy writer and have figured out how to look more consistent, even though I write a lot at once and then nothing for several weeks.
